Full Time PM Dishwasher
Position Summary
Have a summer that you will never forget by joining the Gordon Lodge team for the 2021 season. You will experience Bailey’s Harbor’s premier destination that has been welcoming visitors for nearly a century. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the kitchen and operate the dish washing machine in a safe, accident- free manner.
Responsibilities + Duties
- Set up station according to Chef’s guidelines
- Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware
- Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking cook stations
- Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
- Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled
- Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans
- Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed
- Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures

Executive Chef
Qualifications + Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimal work experience
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds
- Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
- Knowledge of applicable safety and sanitation procedures
- Must arrive to work on time
Schedule / Hours / Compensation
- This is a full time or part time, seasonal job [May – October]
- Weekend hours are required
- Nighttime hours are required
- Holiday hours are required
- Schedule is subject to change based on Gordon Lodge events and hours of operations
- Hourly compensation based on experience with bonus opportunity
